Each product listed on our website has its weight assigned to it in our database – the total weight of all items in your cart, along with your delivery address, will be used to calculate the fees and present the available options to you at checkout.

For whiskey and other spirits, the estimated weight per bottle is around 1.5–1.8kg (some bottles, such as limited releases with more robust packaging, can weigh more). To get a precise quote, add the desired items to your cart and, on the cart page, use the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” option

Standard Post (Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland)

Delivery to Ireland or Northern Ireland can be made with UPS – delivery time up to 1-2 working days).

International Registered Post (mainland UK, Europe, and the rest of the world)

Delivery to Great Britain, European Countries and the Rest of the World is calculated upon checkout, depending on the weight and contents of your order. Maximum weight for international shipping with this option is 5kg. We regret that we cannot ship liquids abroad through Registered Mail due to postal restrictions – for such orders, please refer to our UPS courier service rates further down this page.

UPS Courier Service

Courier service is the only available method for shipping liquids internationally, but can be used for any order. Each package has an individual tracking number, which you’ll receive in your shipping notification by email. It can be looked up on the UPS website to view its current status and tracking history.

European countries served by UPS Standard (road) service

Please note that these fees don’t account for any additional taxes/duties that may be applied by the relevant authorities in the destination country, which will have to be covered by the recipient, or seizures by customs services. Since the rules vary in each country, we’re unable to offer meaningful advice, or accept any liability – we advise you to contact the relevant local authorities to find out what restrictions may be applicable in your country. However, we will prepare and label your package in such a way to minimise the risk of extra charges or seizures where possible.

International Shipping

DrinksHero offer an international delivery, service through third party logistics providers.

Goods must be ordered by and received by a person 18 years of age or older (or persons of the requisite minimum legal age for ordering alcoholic products in the place of the order).

*Important Information: Whilst we try to maintain a very high standard of service there is always an element of risk in sending alcohol overseas. Therefore we must warn our customers that there may be possibilities of customs charges or seizures when sending goods to certain countries. In the event of such charges or seizures, DrinksHero will not be repsonsible for the payment of these extra cusoms charges and we will not be able to offer any kind of compensation or refund.

We will label our goods in such a way to minimise any charges or seizures but in some cases they may be unavoidable. If you have any concerns regarding shipping to your country then we recommend contacting us first before placing an order.

Occasionally errors can arise in the pricing and information displayed for our products. In the event of such errors we reserve the right to cancel sales and refund the customer for the amount paid.
